Beauty Budget

Beauty Budget

Walking to MAC cosmetic store, Sephora or any other beauty/ makeup supply store can be overwhelming if you are on a budget. As you are, I’m on a college budget and I want to buy MAC and Makeup Forever but I have to be conscious of what I am spending. Keeping on the trend of being on a budget we can have the same saving attitude with make up. Going to the nearest drugstore, Walmart, or Target you can easily find makeup on the low without breaking the bank and easily spend under $20-$50. if we compare prices….

you can see the prices for makeup varies.I’m not saying buy cheap makeup because who wants bad quality but you can get great quality brands that are inexpensive under $10. Or another option is to mix and match expensive with inexpensive. If you are welling to buy a MAC Lipstick for $15 but don’t want to dish out $27 for MAC foundation…go for Covergirl foundation that is $6.99.

Just be sure to look out for sales on certain make up brands and use them to your advantage.

  2. You are not cheap: some of us just have to stick to a budget. The “usual” make-up collection, or at least the way it is shown again and again, is worth hundreds of US $. I too belong to those who cannot afford that and it works for less just as well. 😀 So thanks for bringing this topic up!

  3. It is even harder when you have sensitive skin or break out easily – there are some gems out there though!
